Available Positions

HEOR Research Manager

Location: Alexandria, VA (Remote Option)

Job Duties: Develop comprehensive research plans, protocols, and budgets. Conduct sophisticated analyses and compile detailed project reports, white papers, proposals, protocols and manuscripts. Lead in the design and execution of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) projects and studies, focusing on but not limited to value assessment, comparative effectiveness research, and economic modeling. Engage with key stakeholders, such as policymakers, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and organizations within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries to gather insights and align research objectives with relevant stakeholders' perspectives and the organization's goals. Stay updated on emerging methodologies, trends, and best practices in HEOR. Demonstrate exemplary project management skills, overseeing project coordination and timeline management to ensure the punctual delivery of high-quality deliverables. Foster effective communication among internal project team members and external partners to drive successful project design, management, and completion, including public presentation of research findings. Proficiency in economic modeling and statistical analyses using software such as R, Excel, or equivalent tools. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to IVI Foundation, Inc. offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Health Science, Economics, Business, Statistics, Outcome Research, closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) literature review, (2) Microsoft Excel, (3) SAS, (4) R (5) Market Access knowledge, (6) Health Technology Assessment (HTA) knowledge, (7) Pharmacoeconomics, (8) Patient-centered Outcomes Research (9) Qualitative Research, (10) Economic Modelling, (11) Data Management. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to IVI Foundation, Inc. offices may be required. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.

Salary: $64,314.00 - $95,000.00 per annum.
